Hello,Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Bettie Corbin Tucker, and I am
a present-day author, book reviewer, and former traditional publisher. In 1983
my husband and I founded Rainbows End Publishing Company
and, over the years, published the works of many
talented Christian writers. My husband John held a full-time engineering
job and worked evenings for our company. Our authors came from all walks of life and their books
continue to circulate the world today. Although we officially closed the
doors of Rainbow's End in 2000, I use this site to promote my own titles
as well as the works of new authors whose work I find to be above average.
This web site and
www.bookreviewers.org, our sister web site, have been designed to help
promote well-known authors as well as new and promising ones.
After successfully
publishing The Children's Rhyming Bible with the encouragement and help of my
Methodist pastor, the Rev. Dale Smith, I then went on to publish book manuscripts for over
seventy other Christian authors throughout the United States. (I also published articles,
short stories, poetry, etc. for at least twenty-five additional authors.)
I conducted yearly seminars in the Pittsburgh, PA area and was a guest speaker
at other seminars and writing events. I've written books using
various pen names as well as
my real name.
One book that I am particularly proud of is The Thorn of Sexual
Abuse that was published by Baker Book House in 1995. It was a book
that led to national radio and TV appearances . . . it also led to me
hosting my own talk radio show entitled "The Time to
Tell." God blessed this endeavor when the book came to the
attention of James Dobson, who not only endorsed it, but purchased bulk
orders and sent copies to prisons through the United States. God is good!
The last book published by Rainbow's End, and authored by yours truly, is entitled,
"How to Self-publish Your Book with Little or No Money," and is available from
Amazon.com. It contains the meat and potatoes of
the publishing business, omitting
useless fat that sounds good but does nothing to further the
process. I lead my readers through each step of the process . . .
from the conception of the idea to the printing and selling of their
books. It is presently available in print form only!

Dan Poynter, the king of self-publishing
says, " . . . Read this book, listen to Bettie and do what she says."
Richard H. Frishman,
"The publishing world is a jungle. Bettie and Wayne are your
guides. Read, learn, absorb their wisdom. I've been
promoting self-published authors for 25 years. I wish all of my
authors had read this book first. Rich Frishman--President of Planned TV
Arts (NYC) Co-author GUERRILLA PUBLICITY & GUERRILLA MARKETING FOR
WRITERS!"
